BFOD is led by:


Alexander Bok - Founder, President, Chairman and CEO, Boston Baseball Field of Dreams, LLC

Lifelong Bostonian and baseball fan, attorney and businessman; long-term relationships with local elected officials and the Boston Red Sox; former general counsel of Rasky Baerlein Strategic Communications and the Dewey Square Group; former partner of Dangel & Fine law firm; candidate for state representative in Beacon Hill/Back Bay/Bay Village seat (1980), member of Boston Board of Health and Hospitals (1983 to 1992) and Massachusetts Solid Waste Commission (1987 to 1990); active member of Trinity Church Boston and the Bay Village Neighborhood Association; graduate of Harvard Business School, Boston College Law School and Harvard College.


Pete Guiney – Senior Vice President, Boston Baseball Field of Dreams, LLC

Lifelong Bostonian and a multi-sport athlete at Boston College High School, Northfield Mount Hermon School and Trinity College in Hartford, Connecticut.  Pete has a BA degree in American Studies from Trinity and a MS in Broadcast Journalism from Boston University. His work experience prior to joining Field of Dreams includes a stint in the Sports Information Office at Harvard University and as a television Sports Anchor at WKAG in Hopkinsville, Kentucky. He was the goalie coach for the Harvard Women’s Ice Hockey team during the 2004-2005 season, in which the Crimson made it to the NCAA Championship game. He has been tracking the growth of minor league baseball for years.
